SHIPPING POLICY – Plus Curvves

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer two shipping options for our customers – Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please read the details carefully before placing your order.


1. Standard Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During festive rush, dispatch may take 3–4 business days.

  • Delivery timelines after dispatch:

    • Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 7–8 days

    • Tier 3 cities, North East & J&K: 10–12 days

  • COD & Prepaid options are available.

  • For orders above INR 5000, only Prepaid option is available (COD not allowed).

  • COD confirmation: COD orders are shipped only after confirmation received via WhatsApp message. If no confirmation is received, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be notified.

  • Cancellations:

    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost.

    • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, Rs 150 forward charges will be deducted from the refund.


2. Express Shipping

  • Orders received before 1 PM are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders received after 1 PM are dispatched the next business day (excluding Sundays & holidays).

  • Delivery timelines after dispatch:

    • Tier 1 & Metro cities: 2 days

    • Tier 2 cities: 3–4 days

    • Tier 3, North East & J&K: 5–6 days

  • Express Shipping Charges: Rs 150 (to be selected during checkout).

  • COD option is not available for express shipping.

  • Refund of Express Charges:

    • If express delivery is delayed beyond the timelines above (for Tier 1, Metro & Tier 2 cities only), the Rs 150 express fee will be refunded.

    • Express charges are non-refundable in case:

      • Order is cancelled after dispatch,

      • Customer refuses to accept delivery,

      • Order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or customer unavailability.


3. Important Notes

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email once the order is dispatched.

  • If tracking details are not received, email us at support@pluscurvves.com and our team will respond within 24 hours.

  • In case of delivery delays beyond mentioned timelines, customers may request cancellation with full refund (no deductions).

  • If the product packaging is tampered/damaged at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our customer care at support@pluscurvves.com with your order number.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability of customer, or reasons attributable to the customer, Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund.

  • For product returns (as per return policy), please note that Express Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.
